Milky Way Galaxy in Brandenburg

Yesterday I made a 1,5 hrs drive to the very unknown city Gülpe in Brandenburg. Although the real world will just drive through that small town in the middle of nowhere, once a month especially during summer season astro photography experts come to that town to target their lenses into the dark moonless sky. Covered with millions and millions of stars, the only light, that helps you getting the photos is the light of the stars. And the more you focus on detecting stars, the more of them you see.

The all in all 3 hour ride from the city center of Berlin, where I live, was worth to see that detailed sky – you only see, when nothing around you enlightens the sky.
